INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY
Auto racing is a sport that requires a significant amount of funding to reach the pinnacle series. For most athletes participating in auto racing, sourcing funding to advance a career can be a challenge. Gabe Tesch Racing, LLC is an athlete-development company whose mission is to fund Gabe Tesch's race career and skillset development through fan investment. As Gabe Tesch's career matures, a portion of any race winnings or race team compensation will be directed to the Company and shared with the investor Members. Gabe Tesch Racing, LLC will allow fans, friends and supporters to become investors who invest in Gabe Tesch's journey to become a top tier race talent.
Fantasy sports has been one of the greatest drivers of sports viewership in the past decade. When fans feel they have a stake in a sport or athlete through fantasy sports, they increase their consumption of the sport and athlete across all media. Fantasy sports alone have led to a 73% increase in viewership for MLB and a 35% increase in the NFL. A fan investing in the Company, and by extension in the Athlete, is more likely to be engaged in sports viewership for that specific athlete.
The Company plans to leverage the investment power of the masses with a goal of not just creating fans, but also empowering fan advocates who are genuinely passionate enough about the Athlete and his career to become a brand ambassadors and help further build the Gabe Tesch fan and investor community. More importantly, these investors will also share in the earnings of the Athlete.

Gabe Tesch has experienced success thus far in his career, but Gabe's greatest victory was his fight against brain cancer. Gabe overcame brain cancer and is a cancer survivor. Gabe's story is an inspiration to others fighting cancer and an encouragement to fight the battle. Gabe fought through 48 days of radiation, and 48 weeks of chemotherapy, thus creating the 48c victory team.
Gabe Tesch's first summer racing karts, he was able to win the 2018 season championship in his class. Fast forward to 2022 and Gabe has since won a regional championship as well as placing 2nd in a national series championship. In 2022 the bar is set even higher as Gabe has transferred to single seat formula cars and raced in the British National Formula Ford Championship with Team Dolan.
Racing is extremely expensive and more drivers are starting to use vehicles such as an investment raise to fund operations and driver advancement. There are few paths drivers can take to fund their careers. The Company has researched these avenues and created a four pronged approach to raise capital for funding the advancement of the Athlete's career:
Local Sponsors and Partners
Through community networking the Athlete is expecting to build new relationships and grow existing relationships with local families and business. Our target is to acquire $100,000.00 in contributions from this market for the 2023 season. Individuals and organizations that will comprise this group will have contributions from a few hundred dollars up to $10,000.00 annually. We plan to increase this amount by 15% each year. We plan to increase this amount by 15% each year.
Corporate Partners
Corporate partners will be contractual partners that receive a defined benefit from sponsoring Gabe Tesch. Our target in this in this category is to raise $175,000.00 annually from these relationships. We plan to increase this by 10% each year.
‘Do Something Extraordinary' Documentary
‘Do Something Extraordinary' is the documentary series about Gabe Tesch, his battle against brain cancer and journey through the ranks of open wheel racing. This part of our plan is what completely separates Gabe from all his competition. There is no other driver who has this opportunity. The exposure this film offers Gabe will allow him to develop a loyal fan base that is far quicker than other drivers climbing the same ladder. This in turn will be a huge benefit to his corporate sponsors and future racing teams. It can confidently be said, that there is no one like Gabe in the motorsport space positioned to deliver results to their partners. Our target revenue from the film is $50,000.00 annually, plus the additional value it brings to Gabe's brand awareness.
Regulation D Investment Proceeds
Private investments are the tool of choice for young up and coming drivers to raise the capital needed to fund their junior careers. Several drivers on the IndyCar grid have raised up to $5,000,000.00 from investors interested in supporting the driver and participating in the driver's success.

Minimum Offering: $50,000
Minimum Investment: $25,000 (25 Units)
Gabe Tesch Racing, LLC is offering a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 5,000 Class A Membership Units for $1,000 per unit.
The Company is offering a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $5,000,000 Class B Membership Units at a price of $1,000 per Unit. Upon completion of the Offering between 50 and 5,000 Membership Units will be issued.
Distributions in connection with a Liquidity Event. Upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Event, the Board shall make distributions in the following order of priority:
- (i) first, to the holders of the Class A Units (ratably among such holders based upon the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to all such Class A Units held by each such holder immediately prior to such distribution), until the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to such holders’ Class A Units has been reduced to zero;
- (ii) second, to the holders of the Class B Units (ratably among such holders based upon the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to all such Class B Units held by each such holder immediately prior to such Distribution), until the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to such holders’ Class B Units has been reduced to zero; and
- (iii) thereafter, to the holders of Class A Units and Class B Units (ratably among such holders based upon the number of Class A Units and Class B Units), the balance of the distribution.
Regular Distributions. The Board may in its sole discretion (but shall not be obligated to except as provided as Tax Distributions) make distributions (other than distributions in connection with a Liquidity Event stated above) at any time or from time to time in the following order of priority:
- (i) first, to the holders of the Class A Units and Class B Units (ratably among such holders based upon the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to all such Class A Units and Class B Units held by each such holder immediately prior to such distribution), until the aggregate Unreturned Capital with respect to such holders’ Class A Units or Class B Units, as applicable, has been reduced to zero; and
- (ii) thereafter, to the holders of Class A Units and Class B Units (ratably among such holders based upon the number of Class A Units and Class B Units held by each such holder immediately prior to such distribution), the balance of such Distribution.

Jake Tesch is a businessman and entrepreneur in eastern Washington, as well as Gabe's father. Jake has operated and owned a cleaning and restoration company in the Inland Northwest since 1996, since the age of 23. In addition to running a successful business Jake is a real estate investor and has sat on the board of various non profit organizations. As an avid racing fan, car collector and vintage race car driver himself, Jake has built a network of people in the racing industry and community at large. Through his business experience and networks inside the racing and business communities, he has thus far been successful in managing his son Gabe's driver development and market exposure. Most notably creating and co-producing the three volume documentary series, Do Something Extraordinary, chronicling Gabe's climb up the motorsport ladder set to debut in February of 2023 on Amazon. Jake resides in Mica, Washington with his wife, Sherrie, of 26 years.

Gabe Tesch was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 11 and underwent 48 days of radiation and 48 weeks of chemotherapy. Gabe went from 48 weeks of intense cancer treatment to becoming an extraordinary racing driver. At 13, Gabe started racing Karts and quickly climbed the ranks to be one of the most competitive kart drivers on the track. Fast forward to today, and Gabe has won a regional championship as well as placing 2nd in a national series championship. Most recently, Gabe has transferred to single seat formula cars and will be racing in the British National Formula Ford Championship with Team Dolan. When Gabe isn't travelling all over the world as a Formula 4 driver, he enjoys hanging with his friends and family, eating Mexican food, and snowmobiling. Notably, Gabe and his story has been highlighted on a new documentary “Do Something Extraordinary.
